    英语中心四月公开课锦集

    李琳老师这周的公开课主题为希腊神话Persephone。首先以展示图片介绍背景知识,然后视频导入故事人物环境及其关系,接下来分组描述并预测故事情节,然后进入新课讲解环节,采取小组讨论,词汇拓展,支架式教学等策略帮助学生理清故事情节,最后小组表演故事并分享最喜欢的故事情节和人物。教学步骤化环相扣,重难点突出,师生互动积极高效,教学目标顺利完成。

    In Ms. Jane Li’s  Demonstration week from Ari. 2 to Apr. 6, she focuses on leading students to understand Persephone: A Greek Myth through different activities and strategies. The first step is to introduce the background about Myth by showing pictures of main gods. Then the teacher plays a video for boys to input the main character Hades and Persephone. After that, she carries out a series of reading activities from prediction, reading comprehension to plot retelling. The whole designs go smoothly with clear scaffolding, think-up-pair, visualization, vocabulary enhancement. By the end of the lessons, students are able to act the story and write their favorite character and chart in the myth.

    The highlights of the demo are coherent teaching procedures and active interaction and successful completion of teaching objectives.

     

    王倩老师的课通过青蛙厨师的故事预测开始,随着词汇和小组讲故事展开,由简到难,真正做到以教师为引导者和组织者,以学生为主体,帮助学生最大限度的接受新的知识,增加团队协作能力,团队成员之间互相鼓励,克服困难,完成任务,增强基础级学生的自信心。

     

    Samantha Wang’s class begins with prediction. The vocabulary and the groups storytelling are designed from simple to difficult. In her class, the teacher is the guide and organizer, and students are the main characters. As a result, the teacher can help students better accept new knowledge and increase teamwork ability. The team members encourage each other, overcome difficulties, complete tasks, and enhance the self-confidence .

     

    王喆老师的加方基础科学公开课教学内容为生态系统中生物和非生物环境及相互作用。

    整堂课教学目标清晰,重点,难点明确可行。学生乐于探究,合作学习,能掌握基本知识技能。课堂气氛活跃,教学富有鲜明个性和创新能力。

      

    The teaching content of Ms. Jenny Wang’s Introduction to Science class is about Ecosystem and the interactions of living and non-living things in an ecosystem.

    Teaching objectives are clear. Students work cooperatively and master basic knowledge and skills. Teaching style is personalized and creative with positive class atmosphere.

     4月3-5日张克飞老师在预备班上了小说阅读课Jumanji,课上她采用了多媒体辅助教学,以视频的方式呈现了精彩情节,学生注意力集中,课堂效率高;同时以更直观、生动的方式帮助学生理解和记忆新的词汇。得到良好的课堂效果。

     We had a short story reading Jumanji on Apr. 3rd and 5th in Pre-10 class. I showed the exciting plots through different clips of video which attracted students’ attention and helped them understand the story. All students engaged in class well and they can grasp verbs better with visualized form.
