    2014年寒假社会实践报告

                             大连枫叶国际学校高中女校  12-3 景兰荻

    2014年的寒假我除了去当志愿者,还参加了一个特殊的社会实践,到沈阳百强技术职业学校学习如何制作面点。如今像我这样的青年人会制作面点的越来越少了,而且还有不到半年的时间我就将要远离父母的照顾,一个人独自在国外生活,懂得一些简单的食品制作应该是必不可少的。

    我先学习的是制作馒头和花卷。

    准备的材料有:面粉(高筋粉)500克,酵母5克,白糖10克,牛奶250克,水250克(温水),油20-50克。

    这里想要做出色香味俱全的馒头和花卷最讲究的就是要做出完美的面团。想让面团不粘手和“三光”(即手光,面光和盆光),关键在面团成型后的沾水再揉!每次要注意用水量,每次把手在水中沾湿后现在盆中抹一遍,然后用面团往盆壁上揉,这个动作要重复多次就可以做到“三光”了。

    制作过程及步骤:

    1、面粉开窝加入酵母,白糖和水,揉成面团。搓揉时由肩膀直接施力下压,并用手掌的力道反复搓揉面团。可用手指将面团整理好成椭圆形状后,再次反复搓揉,直到面团外观呈现光滑状为止。

    2、接下来就是发酵醒面,将面团放置于钢盆中,并用湿布覆盖于钢盆上,好保留住面团的水分,20-30分钟后即可。醒面的目的是为了让面团更有弹性,并让做的面食更好吃。

    3、将醒完的面团取出,可先以手指按下,看是否会轻轻弹起。如果弹起即为醒好了面,这时可以一边搓揉,一边将面团拉成长条状。以面刀来分割面团,用面刀小心利落地将长条状的面团分割切成四分之一大小拳头状的小面团备用。

    4、如果想做馒头,将小面团揉圆即可。如果想做花卷就要将小面团用擀面杖擀圆后制作造型即可。并且在做花卷时记得涂油,用刷子沾上油,涂抹在面片表面上,做出形状即可。

    5、最后,将做好形状的馒头和花卷再醒放10分钟左右,用热水蒸即可。(开锅上汽蒸20分钟即可)

    在随后的学习中,我又学习了一个简单而且实用方便的快餐做法。

    那就是紫菜包饭。

    准备的材料有:熟米饭,牛肉粉,紫菜,鸡蛋,胡萝卜,黄萝卜,香肠。

    制作过程及步骤:

    1、在熟米饭中放入牛肉粉和芝麻,白糖,白醋,盐,然后搅拌均匀。

    2、煎鸡蛋,并将其切成细条状。将熟胡萝卜和黄萝卜切条,香肠切条。

    3、铺开紫菜,把米饭平铺在竹板上,将配菜放置中间部分。

    4、卷紫菜是重要的一步,不能将竹板一起夹入紫菜包饭中,并且要注意卷时要卷紧,这样才不会材料掉出来。最后切成段状即可装盘。

    这次社会实践很实用,通过自己动手操作,我增加了动手操作能力和实践认知的能力,初步掌握了基本的生活能力。也从劳动中体会到了父母的辛苦,从而激发对劳动的热情,培养我独立的性格特点。希望大家也可以多多学习一些平日里生活的技巧,这将对自己今后的独立生活大有帮助。

    In 2014 winter holiday, I attended a social practice; not only attended to be volunteerbut also I learnt how to make pasta in Shenyang Hundred Technical and Vocational School. I think nowadays most of young people like us will be making less and less pasta at home if they live without parents. And now I am facing to go abroad in next six months. It means that we will have to stay away from parental care and start our personal living alone. Understanding some simple food preparation should be a little preparation is essential to work.

    First, I learnt how to make Chinese bread.

    Material preparations are: flour (high-gluten flour) 500g, yeast 5g, sugar 10g, milk 250g, water 250g (warm water), lard 20-50g.

    To come out here to do the best Chinese bread, the most attention is to make the perfect dough. Let dough sticky and Three Light. (Example, hand light, surface light and pots light), cleaning hands and then knead the dough.     Production process and steps:

    2. The next step is the dough, the dough is placed in steel pot, and cover with a damp cloth on a steel pots, good retain moisture in the dough can be shaped, 20-30 minutes. The purpose is to make the dough more elastic dough and let you do more delicious pasta.

    3. After wake finished dough, use the finger to press gently to see whether it will bounce. If waking up is a good bounce surface, then you can rub the side while pulling the dough into strips and to face the knife to split the dough with knives carefully cleanly split the long strip of dough into small dough a quarter of the size of a fist-shaped spare.

    4. If you want bread, knead the dough to a circle. If you want to Hanamaki would roll the dough with a rolling pin after making a round shape can be. And remember when doing Hanamaki oiled with brush dipped lard, coated on the surface of the dough, then rolling pin and making shapes.

    5.Finally, the good shape with hot steamed the Chinese bread. (Boil 20 minutes on steaming.)

    In a subsequent study, I also learnt a simple and practical convenience of fast food practices that kimbap.

    Material preparations are: cooked rice, beef powder, seaweed, eggs, carrots, yellow carrots, sausages.

    Production process and steps:

    1.Add beef powder and sesame seeds, sugar, vinegar, salt and cooked rice, and then stir well.

    2.Fired eggs, and cut into thin strips. Cut carrots and yellow carrots and sausage into strips.

    3.Rolled seaweed, put rice on bamboo tile will be placed in the middle part of the side dishes.

    4. Volumes seaweed is an important step, not the bamboo sandwiched together kimbap, and pay attention to when the volume and tight, so as not to fall out of the material. Finally, cut into segments like to transfer to a plate.

    The social practice is very useful, let me through their own hands, so I added a practical hand on skills and cognitive abilities, initially mastered the basic life behavior, experience from work to the parents of hard to stimulate the labor passion, develop my independent character.
